Shipping

Who will deliver my order?

We use UPS to ship your Dometic products to you as quickly and safely as possible. 

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to get your Dometic order to your door as quickly as possible, typically within 2-4 business days using our standard UPS service.

 

 

Is my order insured against damage in transit?

Yes, absolutely! If your order has been lost or damaged in transit then please contact us right away. You can do that here.

Can I track my delivery?

We are on a solution to provide you the tracking code from UPS. Right now it is not possible. If your package does not receive within 7 days, please contact us.

Payments

What payment methods are available?

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

Is my payment secure?

Dometic uses 3D Secure verification and leading payment partner Stripe to handle all secure payment transactions. 

Do you offer other payment services?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any payment alternatives at this time. 

Returns

How do I return my order?

We're sorry to hear you're not 100% satisfied with your Dometic product, to arrange a return simply contact us and we'll guide you through the simple process every step of the way.

Do I have to pay to return my order?

The only cost to you is the cost of sending your order back. For more information and guidance please contact us here.
